Most contractors assemble a job — press from one place, lift from another, hauling from a third. Your date is four dates held together by hope. Ours is one.
One safety program
Our crews, OSHA 10 certified, working under a single program. Not three companies on your site with three sets of procedures.
Since 1988
Chip Romesberg started Romesberg Trucking in 1988. Mobile Solids Solutions runs on the same principle: buy the equipment, train the crews, answer for the work.
Surface access
Lagoon Crawler
Works a lagoon from the surface instead of from the bank. It agitates and pumps the sludge blanket while the cell keeps treating, so nothing gets drained and no excavator ever touches your liner.
Access
Surface-operated, no drawdown
Site impact
Nothing tracks the liner or slope
Pairs with
Belt press staged on the bank
Used on
Lagoon and pond cleaning
On the water
The Crawler mid-job. The lagoon is still treating while this runs, which is the entire reason to work this way.
On-site dewatering
Mobile belt press
The press travels to your pad rather than your solids travelling to a press. Water comes out on site, so what leaves the gate is cake instead of slurry — fewer loads, and a disposal invoice charged on what was actually waste.
Function
Separates water from solids on site
Power
Our generators, no plant tie-in
Output
Cake, into sealed roll-offs
Used on
All four services
The press
Set up on the pad and fed from our own mixing tanks. Nothing here depends on your plant having space or power to spare.
Lift and haul
Crane & roll-off trucks
We set our own containers, retrieve them and haul them. No third-party lift to book, no crane subcontractor whose calendar becomes your calendar, and no open loads leaving your site.
Function
Sets, retrieves and hauls containers
Why it matters
No third-party lift to schedule
Loads
Sealed, never open
Used on
All four services
In the yard
Setting a sealed roll-off in a tight plant yard. Owning the lift is what stops a cramped site becoming a scheduling problem.
Processing
Mixing tanks & polymer feed
Everything drawn out of a vessel lands here first. Material is received, conditioned and dosed so the solid fraction separates cleanly before it reaches the press.
Function
Receives and conditions contents
Feeds
The mobile belt press
Placement
Staged on your pad, off our trucks
Used on
All four services
